BUTTARS: I meet with the gays here and there. They were in my house two weeks ago. I don't mind gays. But I don't want 'em stuffing it down my throat all the time. Certainly not in my kid's face.
It's over. Rep. Bill Owens, D-Plattsburgh, leads by 3,105 votes with 3,072 absentee ballots left to be counted.

I have been saying why in the hell do anchors, analyst, pundits, etc. continue to use the WSJ as a reference when they're trying to prove a fact.
Barbara Ann Radnofsky, a Houston lawyer and Democratic candidate for attorney general, says that a 22-word clause in a 2005 constitutional amendment designed to ban gay marriages erroneously endangers the legal status of all marriages in the state.

Hi All,
I will post something from Pinch he states...
As to the funding of the "birthers", yes, we do know where the money is coming from. I have thrown that out several times to see if anyone would admit it. No one has, and I am not surprised. It is really immaterial to the actual Constitutional challenges being waged against Obama, which can be easily discounted, since the basic premise has been resolved under Article IV, Section 1, dealing with the Sovereignty of States' Rights. The Sovereign State of Hawaii has the Constitutional right to do exactly what they did concerning the matter of Obama's natural born citizenship, and under the state reciprocity part of that same section, all other states must honor this. The Sovereign State of Hawaii has spoken. The case is closed, according to the Constitution.
I ask you to note "and under the state reciprocity part of that same section, all other states must honor this. The Sovereign State of Hawaii has spoken."
Why would there have to be definer "under the state reciprocity part of that same section (Article IV, Section 1) if he was physically born in Hawaii. If he was physically born in Hawaii or birthed on American soil, there would be no reason to use the "reciprocity" card would there? There would be no need to hold the "The Sovereign State of Hawaii has the Constitutional right to do exactly what they did concerning the matter of Obama's natural born citizenship," Why would The Sovereign State of Hawaii HAVE TO DO THE Contitutional thing concerning the matter of Obama's natural born citizenship" IF HE WAS BORN THERE?
My point is, reciprocity means
Main Entry:
rec·i·proc·i·ty Pronunciation: \ˌre-sə-ˈprä-s(ə-)tē\ Function:
noun
Inflected Form(s):
plural rec·i·proc·i·ties
Date:
17661: the quality or state of being reciprocal : mutual dependence, action, or influence2: a mutual exchange of privileges ; specifically : a recognition by one of two countries or institutions of the validity of licenses or privileges granted by the other
IF President Obama was born in Hawaii, he would not need the reciprocity card. There would be no reason to define the "The Sovereign State of Hawaii has the Constitutional right to do exactly what they did concerning the matter of Obama's natural born citizenship," Why would The Sovereign State of Hawaii HAVE TO DO THE Contitutional right and why would they have to cite anything if he WAS BORN THERE. GOT IT?
If there is a need for reciprocity, then why is there a need for reciprocity?
I used to work for the Committee of Bar Examiners years ago, some attorney's who were a member of the Bar Association in another state could practice in some states by "reciprocity" some states would recognize them and let them practice. The state I worked for did not, they had to take an Attorney's exam to practice law there. There was no reciprocity card for them.
What reciprocity card for what Country was recognized by Hawaii?
